Meet Tori
Hi, I’m Tori, creator of Ever So Fit, accredited nutrition coach, and qualified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science. As a mum of three who has journeyed my own battle with weight loss in the past, I understand how confusing the world of nutrition can be… this was my world. For years I was stuck in the yo-yo dieting cycle that began with excessive food restrictions, which then led to guilt-ridden binges, followed by further restriction and then further binging.
Thankfully, I no longer live like this. I invested in my health not just for me, but for my kids. I knew I needed to heal my relationship with food at the core. But I won’t lie, that journey was long-winded. I hired the macro coach that gave me no personalised support. I spent thousands on supplements, and I did a lot of trial and error, but I finally got there, and it did make me realise something. There is a real gap in the industry for experts who will actually give you 1:1 attention, personalized plans, and real care as you embark on a journey to create change.
The good news is, after years of studying and working with top nutrition coaches, I have mastered the science of what actually works when it comes to food intake and healthy, balanced nutrition. That's why I created Ever So Fit… to share my experience and educate others to enable them to find food freedom just like I did.
With a strong focus on 1:1, personalised support, Ever So Fit is different to everything else out there in that it represents nutrition, fitness and wellness from a wholesome, uplifting, and truly support-focused place.
Meet Stephanie
Hi there! I’m Stephanie. Originally from Michigan, I currently reside in Arizona; living in the desert life with my husband, three kids, and two fur babies. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a Master in Occupational Therapy; receiving my Doctor of Science in Occupational Therapy while I served in the US Army (Go Baylor!). I am currently finishing up my nutrition and personal training certifications. It’s fair to say I am addicted to learning and self-development!
I am incredibly passionate about fitness, nutrition, and postpartum mental health. I enjoy working out, vacationing with my family, dancing, helping and serving others, reading a good book, cross-stitching, and most of all: laughing!
I became passionate about macro coaching after going through my own journey in this process. Previously, I spent several years confused by the terrible nutrition “advice” I received. I was misled to restrict calories endlessly and was told that hours of cardio was the only way I would lose weight. I was a slave to this process…but it didn’t work!
It was through Ever So Fit that I learned the realistic and sustainable nutrition approach to reaching my goals. I finally began to see the results I so desperately craved. Reverse dieting helped to repair my metabolism and I lost weight by eating MORE calories! I learnt about macros, sound nutrition and how to eat for my goals whilst still living my life.
I became so committed to wanting to share the approach with others, that I knew I needed to help people gain back their control over their health. I love that our goal is to TEACH others to live this life, rather than relying on us forever.
Meet Ashtyn
Namaste! I’m Ashtyn and I live in Texas, USA. I’m a certified nutrition coach and yoga instructor. I’m known to create a positive group atmosphere in my yoga classes. I emphasize letting go; empowering you to move more freely in your body whilst calming your mind and releasing built-up stresses. I love to help people feel grounded and enjoy being part of a community that is centered around mindful movement.
I’m married to Jacob - a fellow Ever So Fit coach and the Yang to my Yin! Together we have three beautiful children who keep us on our toes! I am an animal lover and avid adventurer.
I haven’t always had the best relationship with food. Macro counting has changed all that! It has taught me that nutrition is all about balance. You don’t necessarily take everything away to achieve amazing body transformation results. Food is fuel for the body but it should also be enjoyed! I am passionate about helping clients find their own balance, especially parents with kids who want to enjoy all of life's moments without worrying about food.
Similar to my yoga coaching, I take a softer approach to macro coaching that is focused on making my clients feel lighter (literally and metaphorically), freeing them from their food fears, and creating lasting relationships beyond just food! I look forward to working with you to help you find your balance too.
